Mutual Aid Kitchen at the West Taghkanic Diner

Both the sun and our team showed up to our first day of the Mutual Aid Kitchen at West Taghkanic Diner (WTD). As a result of the recent collaboration with Wally Farms, WTD will be a commercial kitchen used to prepare delicious and free meals to the community. The inaugural menu includes a PIZZA/Foccacia baked in house and topped with a house basil oil by the talented Julia at WTD, alongside smoked carrots and a Caesar salad, and who could forget the chocolate chip cookie to finish.

These meals have been dropped off to the community gym as well as the Hudson Community Free Fridge.

We will be having mutual aid cooks each Tuesday and Wednesday at the West Taghkanic Diner.
