Green Your Home With The O Zone

Amelia of the O Zone Center will be with us every Friday in April to virtually share easy ways to Green Your Home! The O Zone is a sustainability center in Red Hook, New York that provides a variety of goods, services and workshops for locals to learn about their community options and encourages greener lifestyle choices.

The Green Your Home With The O Zone program is a weekly series in the month of April led by Amelia Legare, owner and founder of The O Zone. In each video, Amelia will be going over a topic that pertains to making more sustainable choices at home - from learning the basics of composting food scraps, to making your own toothpaste, and more. We believe that making small consistent choices and continuously learning what we can do to remain optimistic will lead to a better future for our planet and people.

EPISODE ONE is all about composting! The O Zone offers an amazing program for peeps who need a place to recycle their scraps to be turned into gorgeous compost. Residents in Hudson, stay tuned for a local drop off point.. coming soon!!!
