They will cover everything from tree selection, site selection, inoculation, to harvesting, providing you with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience. Our team will guide you through the entire process, sharing their expertise and insights to ensure your success in growing shiitake mushrooms.

    In this workshop, you'll gain a deep understanding of the entire mushroom cultivation process, starting with selecting the right logs from the forest, choosing the perfect site for your mushroom log, inoculating the logs with mushroom spawn, and finally, harvesting the mature mushrooms. You'll learn about different types of trees, their characteristics, and how to properly prepare them for mushroom cultivation. Our instructors will also teach you the importance of maintaining optimal environmental conditions, such as light, humidity, and temperature, for successful mushroom growth.

    In addition to the practical skills, you'll also learn about the biology and ecology of shiitake mushrooms, their nutritional benefits, and various cultivation techniques. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to confidently start your own mushroom cultivation project at home, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and seek guidance from our experienced instructors throughout the workshop.
